Orange Essential Oil

~ cold-pressed from the peel of an orange ~

·  Make your own pesticide:  Add 2 ounces of orange essential oil to 1 gallon of water in a spray jar.  Use sparingly--over-use can burn plants.

·  Put a drop of orange oil on a cotton ball.  Place the cotton ball in a pantry or cupboard to keep the area free of insects.

·  Add a drop of orange oil to each load of laundry.  It smells great and also acts an effective cleaner.

·  Make a spritz for diffusing throughout your home.  Mix about 10 drops of orange oil in a spray bottle with water.  Orange oil has anti-depressant properties.

·  Add a few drops of orange oil to your bathwater.  Orange oil has anti-inflammatory properties.

·  Use orange essential oil in your own homemade foam soap.  Click here for recipe.
