Beeyoutiful Tummy TuneUp is a combination of eight different species of beneficial bacteria (including lactobacillus acidophilus) designed to support gastrointestinal health and immune system function.

We have used Tummy TuneUp for many stomach storms and can personally testify to its effectiveness. It's great for indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, and gas pain. It comes in an enterically-coated VCap and is easy to swallow. For those who can't swallow capsules, it can be easily opened so that the powdery contents can be sprinkled into a drink, on to food, or directly into the mouth. Yummy (and Healthy!) Granola Recipe

Peanut Butter Granola

 

3 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 c. honey (We used Pure Alabama Raw Honey)

1/3 c. peanut butter (We used Smooth Operator Organic Peanut Butter)

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. salt

3 c. rolled oats

 

Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in a saucepan.  Add honey, salt and vanilla extract.  Mix well until blended.  Stir in oats until coated.  Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes at 375°.  Stir occasionally to avoid burning.  Cool before storing.  Enjoy!  It's good and it's good for you!
