For my daughter's painful, swollen knee, we added 5 drops of peppermint oil and 5 drops of lavender oil to 1 tsp. of sweet almond oil. Her joint pain and swelling were reduced dramatically in just a few days.
Recently, a friend used the oils on a particularly painful joint that had not responded to other treatments tried.
